SUPERFOOD BLISS BALLS

Six Superfood Bliss Balls

Almonds. Dates. Coconut. Yes, they taste amazing. But when you combine them together you create belly-filling Bliss Balls that are the food equivalent of laying on a soft, overstuffed sofa.

They’re round and comforting; they process in less than 10 minutes, my kids love them, my husband can’t keep his hands off them and me, I’m just obsessed.

Superfood bliss balls definition: Gooey Medjool dates combined with almonds, chia seeds, shredded coconut, bound with coconut nectar, coconut oil, tahini, pulsed into a moist pile, formed into very large balls of decadent, sweet chewiness. Superfood Bliss Balls

Rogue out on whatever toppings you like; I used crushed almonds, chia seeds, cacao nibs and Matcha powder.

Notes
As for the toppings; I used chia seeds. Matcha powder, shredded coconut, almonds, and cacao nibs. I used coconut nectar as my dipping sauce, before coating. I needed this step, you can omit it if you like, but I highly recommend it. Coat in whatever you like, go ROGUE!

BTW- I put them in the refrigerator to marry the flavors. Delish!
