Mix together the chia seeds, coconut mil, and yogurt in a glass container with a lid. Store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 hours or overnight. When done you should have a pudding-like consistency.
To Make the Baobab Maple Syrup:
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add in the Baobab powder and nutmeg then stir. Add the maple syrup then stir.
How to Serve Chia Pudding
Pour equal amounts into four parfait glasses layering chia seed pudding with syrup. The syrup naturally folds throughout. Enjoy with a smile
