HERB ROASTED CHICKPEAS

Serves: 9 servings
- ¼ cup grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1½ teaspoon pink sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 organic 15-oz. cans of garbanzo beans (Rinsed & Drained)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
- Mix to coat.
- Spread on a 15 x10 baking pan
- Roast for 15 minutes then stir.
- Roast for an additional 25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Cool then serve.
