HERB ROASTED CHICKPEAS

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1½ teaspoon pink sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 organic 15-oz. cans of garbanzo beans (Rinsed & Drained)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
  3. Mix to coat.
  4. Spread on a 15 x10 baking pan
  5. Roast for 15 minutes then stir.
  6. Roast for an additional 25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Cool then serve.
