In a large mixing bowl combine Spelt flour, sea salt, baking powder then whisk to evenly distribute dry ingredients. Mix in coconut oil, coconut nectar and water stir until well combined.
Gently stir in blueberries and banana slices into the batter. Pour dough into a lighltly greased prepared pan (I used coconut oil to grease the pan), sprinkle with ground walnuts and date sugar.
Place pan in the oven, bake for 25 minutes no longer than 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven allow to cool for 10 minutes, then slice into square. Enjoy my friends. Eat to Live.
