HEALTHY CHIPOTLE CHICKPEA SALAD

Serves: 3 to 4 servings
- Chipotle Chickpea Salad Base:
- 1 can of organic chickpeas
- 3 green onions chopped
- ½ cup of Chipotle Vegenaise
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ cup of dried cherries
- salt to taste
- Rinse and drain chickpeas.
- In a mixing bowl add chickpeas. Add the green onions, chipotle veganaise, red pepper flakes, dried cherries and season with sea salt, to taste.
- Stir until well combined.
