EASY ZUCCHINI RAMEN NOODLES

Serves: 2-4 servings
- 3 large Zucchini
- 3 green onions sliced
- 2 large portobello mushrooms sliced with gills and stems removed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons GHEE butter(Olive oil will do)
- ½ cup Tamari soy sauce gluten-free/reduced sodium
- Use a spiralizer to create noodles.
- Melt ghee butter in the skillet
- Add mushrooms and green onions to ghee butter saute for 2 minutes pour in Tamari soy sauce
- Add zucchini noodles, garlic, and black pepper to broth heat for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions. Serve and enjoy! :)
