GLUTEN-FREE PEANUT BUTTER WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 cup reduced-fat chunky peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips (I used Nestle they're Gluten-Free)
  • Cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Medium bowl needed for salt and egg white, stir with a whisk until frothy. Then add peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and white chocolate chips. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Use a (1 tablespoon) to divide dough into 20 little cute balls. Separate 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Lightly coat fork with cooking spray, gently press the top of each cookie to form a crisscross pattern, and slightly press down, this is NOT the time to be heavy-handed.
  5. Bake at 375 F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy with Almond milk!!!
