It’s with bitter/sweet emotions that our Garden to Table Series has to come to an end.

{Oven Roasted Pesto Potatoes}

Everyone is in the mindset of fall, but before I  succumb to the pressure of warm & cozy feels. Here’s what I’ll miss about summer: its warm temperatures, clear blue skies, long nature walks, the smell of fresh-cut grass (Am I alone on this one?), sundresses, sunkissed suntans, picnics in the park, cool refreshing drinks on a scorching afternoon, and fresh tasty garden delights straight from the vine. But I must admit I can appreciate the beauty of Autumn, like how EVERYTHING is stunningly beautiful with burnt orange leaves, misty mornings, hot beverages, and warm cozy bowls of soup.

Before I ride off into the sunset, let’s recap.

In this series we covered:
  • The different growing methods for growing potatoes.
  • How To’s for preserving your harvest.
  • And how to incorporate DELICIOUS, garden to table recipes into your meal planning.

I’ve listed below (in no specific order) my top four garden to table recipes for Summer 2020. You can find the remaining 6 recipes here. I highly recommend you make these before sunny days and bright mornings come to an end.

  • Golden Yellow Zucchini Scones: So worth waking up to! These buttery Beloveds draped in a golden glaze adorned with fresh snips of thyme will be on my mind for seasons to come.
